Your custom designs are our favorite projects!

Whether you like one of our current products, but need it in a different size or shape, or would like to create your own unique style from conception, we can help! Here is how it works:

A. For Picnic Series, Basket Crafts Series and Ceramic Series

1.   Customer please work with your sales representative to design and create the item, determine the target price and projected order quantities.

2.   Our technical team work on the best solution to build your item, and within approximately 3 - 7 working days we get back to you with a quote.

3.   If the pricing is acceptable, the actual sample which will arrive in approximately 1-2 weeks.

4.  After the sample is approved, production begins and you receive your order, usually within 25-60 days.

B.For Pigment Series

1. Customer please download and fill in the attached PIGMENT MATCHING REQUEST SHEET

2. Please send us the PIGMENT MATCHING REQUEST SHEET to us by email or fax.

3.   Otherthan filling in the PIGMENT MATCHING REQUEST SHEET, customer are also welcome to notify your request of samples by email. Just indicate your detailed requests, or send us your samples. We will work on that according to your detailed requirement.

4.   Unless advised of any special requirements, we will use our selection of the most cost-effective inorganic and/or organic pigments suitable for the conditions of use inorder to match the incoming sample. Please advise any pigments which you specifically WANT us to use and any which you DO NOT WANT us to use

5.   Our technical team will work on the counter sample , within approximately 3 - 7 working days we get back to you with a quote.

6. If the pricing is acceptable, the actual sample which will arrive in approximately 1-2 weeks.

7.   After the sample is approved, production begins and you receive your order, usually within 25-40 days.
