For Picnic and Basket Crafts Products

DIMENSIONS: All dimensions are (Length) x (Width) x (Height) in centimeter (cm), please note that all dimensions are outside dimensions of the baskets or our furnitures.  All baskets are hand woven and sizes will vary, which means all sizes are approximate. Sizes for sets indicate the largest basket in the set. All sizes can be adjusted as per your special request.              
        

COLORS: In case you have special requests, all our baskets can be color-stained  (using only non-toxic chemicals), lacquered (to be washable), color-painted and decorated  with cloth lining or plastic lining. The colors may vary slightly.      
               

MINIMUM ORDER:  Normally 28 cubic metres (20'GP) or 68 cubic meters (40'HC) for one shipment unless otherwise agreed. Please email us the item number and quantity, we can check cube and advise availability.  
However, we accept your mail order for our Wine Basket and Picnic Series Products, so we have no minimum order quantity for Wine Basket and Picnic Series Products. Individual Wine Basket or Picnic Series Products can be mailed to you through Postal Service once receipt of full pre-payment.

HOW TO ORDER: Tell us item number and quantity you wish to order, so we will offer you full details including price quote, shipping freight, cube and your total payment within 48 hours.  If you could not find what you need in our catalogue online,  we would be very happy to create special baskets or furniture as per your requests,  we will get back to you with a price quote within 3 business days.


PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Letter of Credit at Sight at favor of our company: HUNAN CREATIVE IMPORT AND EXPORT CO., LTD.                    
2. Telegraphic Transfer (Wire Transfer): when placing an order with us, a deposit of 30% full payment is required to be paid in advance to our bank account, and the balance amount of your order against our faxed  copies of shipping documents: Bill of Lading , Invoice, etc. after shipment is effected. We will send you the original shipping documents by courier once receipt of your full payment.  Your order will NOT  be processed unless part or full pre-payment or L/C at Sight is received . If you place an urgent order with us, you should rush your L/C at Sight or Wire Transfer deposit payment  ASAP. When opening your L/C at Sight or making Wire Transfer payment, please refer to our bank data online.

DELIVERY TIME:  Depending on your order quantity & payment status. 
For your reference, one full 40'HQ container can be shipped out within 50 days after receipt of your payment agreed by two sides.  If your payment is L/C at Sight, we do NEED extra 7 days for receiving your L/C at Sight, therefore, the extra 7 days should be added to our delivery time, that is our normally production lead-time.
Please note that if you order happens during the Chinese New Year season, which is our traditional festival and usually starts from late January or early February, and it usually lasts for 25 days, you should extend your delivery time (our production lead-time) to 70 days. Also, the same 70 days needed in fulfilling your order happened during the summer harvest season from early June to late July, because our weavers, i.e.: peasants, are busy with harvesting and sowing their own plants including willow during the period.


CLAIMS:  Claims for damages should be filed with adequate evidence within 15 days of receipt of goods. It will be our responsibility to deduct the value for the confirmed damage from our next invoice to you or compensate you directly. All request for returns or sending replacement of the damaged goods simply are  not acceptable due to the high freight compared to the low value for replacement. Replacement can be made with next order.


SAMPLES: The mailing postage shall be borne by you unless otherwise agreed.   If you have your own courier account with any of FedEx, UPS, DHL Express etc., and you wish us to ship our samples on your express account, please provide us with full details including a contact telephone number.
