To improve the quality of our products to satisfy clients' requirements. We pay great attention to the service work before and after the sales of products. Customers are welcome to contact us for your kind suggestions and requirements towards our products and services.

Samples: Samples will be gladly sent out at the regular price, plus freight.

Payment Terms accepted: T/T, L/C at sight, West Union for sample orders.

Shortages and damages: Please inspect your shipment before signing to accept it, and make a notation on the B/L for any visual damage to the cartons. Also, notify the carrier after unpacking if any damage has occurred. Shortages and any visible damage must be reported, in writing, to Hunan Creative within seven (7) days of receipt. Customer waives any claim against Hunan Creative for shortages and visible damages which are not reported in writing, within this seven (7) days period. Customer waives any and all other claims against Hunan Creative related to the shipment, merchandise and any contract with Hunan Creative, if a claim is not made, in writing, within six (6) months of receipt of the merchandise. In any event, Customer waives any and all rights to recover punitive and consequential damages arising from any breach by Hunan Creative or any defect in the merchandise, and agrees that the maximum amount it shall be entitled to recover from Hunan Creative due to a breach or defective products shall be the cost of the goods and freight paid by Customer.

Available Packaging : For Picnic and Ceramics Series, Boxed are our standard packaging. For Basket Series, Woven bag and boxes are our standard packaging. For Pigment Series, Iron Drum are our standard Packaging.
